一 产品介绍
CD16和CD32在B细胞、单核细胞/巨噬细胞、自然杀伤细胞、粒细胞、肥大细胞和树突状细胞上表达。这些受体与抗体-抗原复合物的Fc部分结合,并在适应性免疫反应中发挥作用。克隆号2.4G2抗体通常用于流式细胞术染色实验,以防止在用抗原特异性初级抗体一抗染色之前,IgG与FcγIII和FcγII可能还有FcγI受体非特异性结合。克隆号2.4G2抗体的Fab片段也被用于体内阻断Fc受体。
