一 、产品介绍
IFNAR-1与IFNAR-2在几乎所有细胞类型上共表达,这两个亚单位一起构成异二聚体I型IFN受体复合物。I型IFN(IFN-α/β)结合I型IFN受体复合物以诱导细胞反应,包括诱导抗病毒、抗微生物、抗肿瘤和自身免疫反应,以及调节许多细胞类型的活化、增殖和分化。克隆号MAR1-5A3抗体已被证明在体外和体内抑制I型IFN受体信号传导。
