三、产品优点

1.温和有效：gentleMACS使用专门的一次性分离管（C管和M管），管盖上带有特殊设计的转子和定子，对样本减少损伤，保证了细胞活性，同时得到了高回收率。
2.一个机器支持多种用途：生成单细胞悬液和制备亚细胞物质。C管可以得到单细胞悬液，用于细胞分选，分析或者是培养。M管可以将组织和细胞匀浆，用于分离亚细胞物质（如蛋白，核酸）
3.无菌分离：C管和M管的中心都有一个用隔膜封闭的小孔，能保证在无菌条件下，在封闭系统中安全地处理样品。
4.用户安全：针对一些感染性样本处理采用封闭系统处理，比如细菌病原感染的样本，完全不需要打开试管盖，即可添加酶以及其他溶液，或者取出分离出来的细胞或者匀浆溶液，保护实验室操作人员安全。
5.全自动和标准化：自动标准化程序已经设置好时间，速度和操作方向，只要将样本材料和适合的溶液（如缓冲液，培养基等等）加入试管内，把试管头朝下安装即可运行程序。
6.结果可靠：标准化流程操作，减少人为操作误差，使结果有高度可重复性。
7.省时省力：一次可同时处理2个标本，分离时间只需要180秒。
8.便捷灵活：超净台上即可操作，方便安装。仪器样本容量灵活（0.3-10ml），标本大小20-4000mg。
