VersaMAP™ 多因子检测系列产品介绍：
受体酪氨酸激酶(RTKs)是一个广泛表达的跨膜蛋白家族，含胞外配体结合域和胞内酪氨酸激酶域。该家族包括生长因子、神经营养因子、胰岛素和其他细胞外信号分子的受体。一旦与配体结合, RTKs胞质域多个酪氨酸残基的自动磷酸化，可作为胞内蛋白高亲和力锚点,，促进下游信号转导级联。RTK信号通路的激活是发起正常发育过程如增殖、分化、和移动等所必需的。由于RTK激活在生理和病理上的重要性,分析和量化RTK的磷酸化已变得越来越重要。能同时测定多个RTKs的实验方法简化了可识别与特定细胞表型建立的有关通路的筛选过程。使我们能快速的鉴别出感兴趣蛋白，并针对性地进行进一步研究。R&D Systems研发的VersaMAP™ 系列是以磁珠为基础的多因子分析方法，用于评估RTKs的磷酸化，适用于Luminex平台。用户可根据需要在现有产品中选择定制。目前有非磁力和磁力多因子试剂盒可供选择。
